British Barbecue Grand Championship The team competing under the name 'Crispy Critters' and captained by Jeremy R Fowler, competed and won the British Barbecue Grand Championship 2009.

Team members were:
Jeremy Fowler - who holds the only European Master Judges Certificate for KCBS and has been Ex World Head Judge for the WBBQN and Managed the British National Team in 2002/3/4
Andy Annat - Ex British Champion 2007

Rocky Danner, who flew in from the States and took the photograph was instrumental in both Team and Competitor briefings and helped the Organiser oversee the contest. Yet declined to Judge the Final as he indicated he had too many friends to lose.
Three of the team have already competed at the World Championships in America before in 2007 and this year they get to go again as the Country winners for Great Britain. The same three have also their own Barbecue interests: Jeremy with www.seriouslybbq.com who's team also provided a sampling stand for the general public on this contest. Andy with www.balzingbarbecues.com and Terry with www.texaspulledpig.com
